So we actually met with a few different companies to redo the entire exterior of our house - and we couldn't be happier that we chose Creo! We made a call and spoke with John and he said that his colleague Mike would call us the next day and set up time to meet with us, discuss ideas, etc. Mike did in fact call the next day and we had an appointment with him that week! We did a roof, stone, siding, porch, deck, and Mike was with us through the entire process. He was creative, professional, and honestly outstanding to work with. We highly recommend Creo - you'll be happy you called them!

Creo installed the siding on all of the townhouses in my complex. GREAT work, but more importantly, corrected issues that were not required by contract (10 years later after installation).This company stands by its work. 5 Stars!

Creo Construction was contracted to work on one of my family member's roof several months ago. When we were in need of a roof replacement I asked my family member about the job that Creo Construction did. You know what they say, if you do great work, the best advertisement is by word of mouth and that's why I contracted with Creo Construction. They did a great job on my relative's roof. My wife and I met with Mike, who managed the entire project with both professionalism and an intricate knowledge of the correct way to get the job done right. As a result, we also had new gutters installed as well as siding, which were done to the same standard as our roof. We are beyond pleased. Thank you Creo Construction.

Roof and windows. Years later two windows fogged up and they offered to replace no questions asked and no extra charge. Wonderful customer service! Could not recommend more.

John and Sal were professionals to deal with and that's rare nowadays because they all want your business. PLEASE don't hire a contractor because they gave you the lowest bid. They did a great job even our neighbors loved it.

Creo construction just completed my house siding project and I am extremely happy that I choose them.
Estimate: price was better then several reputable large contractors and better reputability than small contractors. I did extensive shopping around for such a large project, and chose Creo.
Timing: extremely efficient; crew of 4 not including Saul and Sam were working every day from 8 till 6. They clearly know what to do when they work with siding.
Customer Service - Sam was the best part of project. He was literally "taking care" of everything from start to finish. In a large project, many things can go wrong: some beams were rotten, we modified the design several times, and the crew required some attention for minor blunders. Sam was always responsive , attentive , cooperative, and did not try to charge us an arm and a leg for additional work. He was genuinely interested for our project to be completed successfully and us to be satisfied.

Crew Construction just finished a total exterior overhaul of our home. We replaced our roof with GAF Timberline HD shingles, the original cedar shakes with Hardie Plank and put in all new Anderson windows. The transformation is amazing and the job was done extremely quickly. We can't say enough good things about Creo Construction, Sam and the entire crew. Sam provided us with a detailed estimate and stayed true to his word that all would be completed to our utmost satisfaction. He is super nice and a wonderful person. Do not hesitate to use this company. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I knew from the initial estimate appointment with Sam that we would be in good hands and boyyy were we right!!! Creo Construction superseded all of our expectations. Extraordinarily professional from initial contact to job completion. The proposal properly laid out in detail the work to be performed and the material to be included (proposals from other contractors were inferior). I made several changes before and during construction and Sam (Creo Construction) was always very understanding and made me feel comfortable to ask for anything I needed. He clearly put me (the customer) first and made sure that I was completely happy with every aspect of the job. His crew arrived on time each morning and cleaned up the site every evening. Creo Construction is a quality company.I intend to work with Sam and Creo Construction on future home improvement projects.

Creo repaired my rotting portico. They did a great job. Sam and his guys are great to work with and all are extremely professional and polite. Sam provided a very detailed quote so that I knew what the plan was. Their crew made sure the work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Would look to them for any future work needed on my home and highly recommend them to others.

Creo Construction did an amazing job on our house over the course of the past week. Sam from Creo scoped out the work and wrote a detailed proposal that was reasonably proced. He stayed on site throughout the project to ensure customer satisfaction. The work performed included new siding on our 35 yr old house (3,500 SF) followed by new gutters. The crews were respectful, informative and very competent. The job was completed on time and without overruns despite their taking care of some extra tasks that surfaced along the way. When all work was complete the crews picked up all debris and nails leaving the premises spotless. I highly recommend Creo for your home improvement projects.

Just completed our total residing project with Creo Construction. From start to finish the project could not have been handled more professionally. Workmanship and the care and attention to detail was amazing. Sam was on the job site everyday making sure project was on track and that we were satisfied with the work. His crew corrected a problem with one of our casement windows that would not open and when asked about the cost, Sam simply considered it part of the job. Creo Construction recently added a roof over our existing deck creating a porch. A photo of it is in the public photos over to the right of this page. Sam was very knowledgeable about all the building products necessary to complete a project like this and achieve the look we desired. He was accessible throughout the entire project and the crew was very skilled and hard working. We are extremely pleased that the porch looks like it has always been a part of the house and not simply an add on. We highly recommend Creo Construction.

Creo Construction did an excellent job on siding our home. The work was beyond just a siding job. Reforming front peaks and changing key design elements from old fashioned Cape to modern Craftsman style. Amazing transformation. We have owned 3 other homes that were resided over the years, so we are very familiar with the process involved. To us, Creo was the most artistic, with amazing workmanship. Sam and the crew were as pleasant and courteous as you could ever expect.

Creo Construction just finished a Timberline roof, vinyl siding and Azek trim on our home. We worked with Sam from inception through completion. Sam was patient, knowledgeable and attentive. He monitored all crews on job daily and responded swiftly to every one of our requests or concerns. The job was completed quickly and professionally. Creo Construction recently completed new Hardie Plank siding, new gutters and a front portico addition. The entire process was easy for us- from the quote to the execution. Sam provided a very fair price, was easy to reach and very flexible about the start date despite delays with other vendors. He oversaw the project personally. The workmanship was exceptional and they were not satisfied until we were. I would not hestitate to hire them again, as well as hire any other vendors that they suggest for work outside the scope of what they do.

The installation of our new windows throughout the house went just as promised. Craig and John were outstanding in every respect. Their work was flawless and they were especially neat by protecting our landscaping on the exterior and exercising excellent care and attention to detail on the inside of our home. From the first time I spoke with Sam to the completion of my project, Creo Construction and its crew were wonderful. My roof was installed in one day. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. The crew did a great job installing the new roof and was very meticulous about the clean up.
