John's home improvement career started on the distribution side of the profession. "Great place to start as I learned everything about the products." Very early on, John knew he wanted to be a contractor. One of the things he quickly saw was just how poor the customer care aspect of the business was being handled. Customer care is the cornerstone for any successful business and with that, I launched Creo Construction and never looked back. That was 15 years ago. When John's not in the office he keeps his life pretty simple. He plays golf, enjoys fishing but his favorite way to spend his time is with his lovely wife Kim and their dogs Leah and Jake. John also has two grown boys Andrew and Ryan.

Mike's experience in the construction profession spans more than 15 years. Before joining the Creo team, Mike was the operations manager at the Standard Group, a large roofing and siding distributor where he built a solid foundation in product knowledge and proper installation techniques. Mike's the Production Manager tasked with project scheduling, purchasing and managing our installation crews. At any given time Mike is managing over 15 projects...which is no easy task. But under the pressure, Mike's calm demeanor and knowledge of the business makes it look easy. Like every Creo employee, Mike has a true eye for exterior design and superior product knowledge. Mikes hobbies include golfing and spending time with his lovely wife Jaclyn and their cat Lisbeth. We're also impressed with just how fast and accurate Mike's estimating is, only to learn who's actually doing it. Nice job Lisbeth.

As Office Assistants and Directors of Team Morale, their contributions cannot not be overstated. They have zero experience in the home improvement field, but possess the innate skill to put a smile on your face. When they're not working diligently in the office they can be found chasing toys and "taking care of business."
